Our new products in Innoval: Pastrami and My Bacon

Innovation is one of our basic values to continue improving day after day. We work with the best qualities to obtain new tasty products, which allow us to offer them to different people and countries.

For this reason, Innoval received two of our products. Innoval is a space of the exhibition reserved for innovative and original products. In this show room, we could see almost 300 new products, which are relevant for incorporating new tastes, for its original textures and formats.

Innoval was a great idea to meet a market that advance without limits. It currently has more than 110 showcases and 82 participating companies.

Pastrami: a deli meat cooked product made with beef meat. After a brine spices process, the meat is traditional smoked with oak wood. The result is a tasty product with intense flavour. Currently can be found as a whole piece, in halves or sliced.

My bacon: A bacon that retains all the flavour, texture, smell and appearance of the traditional bacon but rejects the use of additives in its preparation. The singularity of its ingredients keeps the essence of the taste and flavour. Sensation on the whole piece as well as in slices.

From 16 to 19 April 2018, we had the opportunity to participate in Alimentaria 2018. The leader exhibition about food, drinks and gastronomy in Spain. This exhibition is currently the reference for the Spanish food sector and receives more than 140 thousand visitors in just 4 days.

It is a unique opportunity to enjoy gastronomy in all its varieties, and this is the reason why Embutidos Monells could not miss.

We take advantage of our stand to introduce our new products in order all visitors could see and taste them in our original food-truck shop.

Among the products to taste, we can emphasize our cooked hams, our new cooked & natural smoked pork shoulder and turkey breast excellences, and bacon without preservative. We could also introduce different food pack solutions for the Housewives as our strips of ham, turkey breast and turkey ham.

Varied and above all… Delicious! All attendees could choose their favourite and enjoy all its flavour.

• Water: Hydrate is very important, especially in children, because they never are thirsty. Especially in summer.
• Olive oil: Provides healthy. Is essential for the health kids. It has many properties and must be present at different meals.
• Eggs: It’s important to eat 3 or 4 eggs a week. Do you like cooked ham omelet? Delicious!
• Spinach, tomatoes, lettuce: The vegetables provide them vitamins and fiber needed for good growth. We recommend include 2 servings of vegetables every day.
• Fruit: These are a important food because contains high water content, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
