Embutidos Monells S.A. is a family origined business, founded in Sant Miquel de Balenyà – Seva, in 1975. Since then we have devoted ourselves to the manufacture and marketing of sausages and meat processing products.
We have three production plants, two in Sant Miquel de Balenyà, in the Montseny area, and a third in Sant Hipòlit de Voltregà. The first two are equipped for the preparation of cooked ham, cold sausages and sliced meats and the third for pork loin and bacon. These are installations with latest generation equipment, maintained in highly aseptic conditions of protective atmosphere, extreme cold and air filtering to obtain a product with the best guarantees of quality and preservation.
All our products are prepared with select, prime quality meats, and we continue to work for a natural, healthy diet.
We carry on our research activity with the objective of expanding our range of products and innovating with more practical packaging to adapt those products to the requirements of the market and thus improve their preservation and best possible use.
Proof of this is the introduction of new products like the “”two in one”” series – packaging with two separate trays to facilitate storage and making a more practical use of the product – or the “”Minis – light body”” range that responds to the needs of modern consumers who are looking for products made with them in mind and low in calories and fats.
